Rab1d reserves the right to cancel or decline any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched.

We use trusted third-party payment providers to process transactions. Rab1d does not store your payment card details.

Shipping timeframes provided are estimates only.

Rab1d is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, strikes, customs, public holidays or other events beyond our control.

Ownership and risk of the goods pass to the customer upon delivery.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Items may be returned if they are damaged, defective or supplied incorrectly.

Returns due to incorrect sizing or fit are not accepted. Customers are responsible for reviewing the product measurements provided on each product page before purchasing.
