We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information (where applicable).

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the selected courier.

  • Rab1d is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct when placing your order. Rab1d cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly supplied address.


Returns

At Rab1d, we take pride in the quality of every product we produce. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns or replacements if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective.

  • You received the incorrect item.

  • The product has a manufacturing fault.

To qualify for a return:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Please email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue before returning any items.


Size & Fit Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing or fit.

Each product includes a detailed size guide with garment measurements. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review these measurements and compare them with a similar garment they already own before placing an order.

If you are unsure about sizing, we encourage you to contact us before purchasing—we're happy to help.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Items purchased in the wrong size.

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or misuse.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, we will notify you of the outcome.

Where applicable, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
